Apps Court Farm is an 82 acre events space in the heart of Walton-on-Thames, showcasing some of the best events in the area! Also on offer is our fantastic newly upgraded campsite that boasts high quality toilets & showers.
Apps Court Farm Events
Located just 8 miles from London, Apps Court Events Centre provides a prime location for various types of events. From weddings and corporate activities to festivals and outdoor markets, this venue is perfect for hosting special events and festivities.
With a history of hosting events for prestigious organizations and companies such as the RHS flower shows and Hampton Court Palace, the team at Apps Court is well-equipped with the expertise and experience needed for the successful execution of events. With the capability to host events for over 30,000 people, the venue has already successfully hosted large-scale events such as Boogietown and The London Barrio Fiesta, both of which welcomed up to 10,000 attendees each day.

Apps Court Farm Campsite
The Ideal Campsite
Apps Court Farm is the perfect destination for those who want to pitch a tent or park their caravan close to the West End and major tourist hotspots in the South East, including the likes of Hampton Court Palace, Windsor Castle, Chessington World of Adventures, Thorpe Park, and Legoland.
The campsite is equipped with spacious plots for motorhomes, campervans, touring caravans, and tents. There are both electric and non-electric pitches to choose from, and guests can enjoy the convenience of free-to-use toilets, showers, and chemical waste points, as well as fresh drinking water taps.
A Popular Spot for Caravan Rallies
Apps Court is a much-loved choice for caravan rallies, with a variety of clubs frequently choosing to host events here. The campsite is equipped to accommodate rallies of all sizes, and is situated in an ideal location close to numerous attractions such as Hampton Court Palace, Windsor Castle, Central London, theme parks, and river cruises, with easy access from the M25, M3, and A3.

Apps Court Farm Car Boot
Apps Court Farm is known for its renowned Car Boot Sale, attracting more than 500 sellers and thousands of shoppers. The sale is held in a well-organized and well-equipped venue, complete with ample parking, toilets, food and drink, and activities for kids.
With a diverse range of items, from bric-a-brac to collectibles and bargains, the Car Boot Sale is a popular choice for sellers and buyers alike. The sale takes place in a picturesque setting with plenty of space to explore. It occurs every Sunday and on select Bank Holiday Mondays, weather permitting.
To participate as a seller, simply show up and you will be directed to set up your pitch. A pitch fee will be collected once you have set up. To expedite the process, please bring the correct fee and have it ready. If you have any questions about what can be sold, please contact us. Please note, if you set up to sell at any time, you must pay the full pitch fee.
Sellers can arrive and start setting up as early as 7.00 am.

Please note if you can’t identify your vehicle in these classes please email or call prior to your arrival to avoid any confusion when your fees are collected
Buyers
There is a £2 charge, for all vehicles (Including motorbikes) for parking. This is collected on your WAY OUT of Apps Court Farm so please have this ready to help with traffic flow.
We have lots of facilities for you to use:

Apps Court Farm Lake
Apps Court Farm Lakes is a fishing complex that features two abundant lakes with a diverse array of fish species including roach, rudd, tench, bream, carp, perch, and more. These lakes are easy to reach and are equipped to accommodate anglers with disabilities.
To fish at these lakes, one must become an annual member by filling out the membership application form. Upon completion, they will be added to the waiting list and renewals start in early March.
The fishing season runs from June 1st to May 30th and during this period, anglers are allowed to fish. However, there is a close season that starts when the annual spawning period begins, which typically lasts for one month.
The Fishing Lakes at Apps Court
Pump House Match Lake
The match lake at Apps Court Farm is a lively fishing destination, offering a diverse range of fish species, including Perch, Carp, Roach, Rudd, Bream, and Tench, providing excellent fishing opportunities throughout the year.
The match lake is proud to support The Elmbridge Community Fishing Academy, which helps young people from the local area to learn and appreciate the sport of fishing. These young anglers are supervised during their visits to the lake.
The Legends Lake
The Legends Lake is a highly regarded fishing spot, known by some carp anglers, with a stocked population of Carp and Pike. The lake is comprised of 2 acres and has a stocking of 50 carp fish from Dinton and Lower Berryfields.
In 2021, the lake underwent a complete drain to remove snags and small unwanted fish, resulting in significant improvements to the lake’s quality.
Access to the Legends Lake is by approval only, with a maximum membership of 40.

Apps Court Farm offers top-notch storage solutions to meet your needs. Our facility excels in providing storage for containers, caravans, and vehicles, with rates starting at £75 including VAT.
Our containers and storage plots are protected by a top-of-the-line code combination system. To ensure the highest level of security, we have installed CCTV cameras throughout the compound and entrance.
